Taming the Anger Monster
Do you find yourself losing control during moments of conflict? Do you find it difficult to assert yourself without using verbal or physical aggression? Is your anger affecting your emotional well-being and the important relationships in your life? This workshop is designed to help you to understand your emotions and how to work through moments of intense anger and conflict in a healthy and adaptive way. The facilitators will explore the role of anger and how it is connected to mental health, as well as provide participants with skills and resources to work through moments of intense and strong emotions.
