Sessions are 1 hour and the cost is $130 per session. A sliding scale rate is available for those who require it.

Individual therapy can help with cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disorders such as: anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, and traumatic life experiences. Even if you don’t have a formal diagnosis, counselling can be helpful in addressing issues around general stress, relationship conflicts, marital issues, or parenting challenges. At WS Psychotherapy we offer a variety of therapeutic modalities to best address your mental health concerns.
